Francis Whittington is an established 5* level International Event rider. Having gained a reputation for being one of the best cross country riders in the world he has a wealth of experience and has been fortunate enough to ride at the very highest level within the sport for many years.

Early success and a love for the sport came as Francis developed through the Pony Club progressing on to win Individual Gold and Team Silver at the Pony European Championships in Hasselt, Belgium with North Down Nova, when he was just 16 years old. He then went on to represent Team GB as a senior rider, competing as an Individual in the 2015 Bair Castle European Championships riding the wonderful grey “Easy Target” this came after a successful season in 2014 when Francis won the prestigious Blenheim International horse trials and was crowned the “British Open Champion” at Gatcombe Festival of British Eventing.
